When will my order arrive?
Orders leave us within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 1–3 working days in Denmark, 2–5 in the rest of Europe and up to 10 elsewhere. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping policy
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free to Denmark, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands. We also ship to the rest of the world; the price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Write to us first and we send you a return label; we pay the return shipping. Returns & refunds
Can I add a personal note to a gift?
Yes. Write your message in the order note in the cart, and we put it in the box when we pack your order in Copenhagen.
